Respected sir, please let me know why vodfone are disconnecting my calls all services. It’s not even connecting to tool free number, what the hell is this. One year if I didn’t recharge means they can do this . Since 6 to 7 years I’m using Vodafone. This is happening since two months. I recharged once 35 rupees I didn’t get any benefit . Just for activation they are charging 35 rupees minimum. So let me know if Vodafone people are making new rules means they could have informed me by text message or Mail or call. When I contacted your customer care executive he is with fully attitude saying that it’s our new rule you should follow this rule. According to him every month I should recharge 35 rupees just to activate my services. 35*12=420 rupees per annum they charging . It’s not fair. I beleibe that vodfone have more costumers that means they are collecting in crores. Please let me have clarification on this aspect. Waiting for your positive response.
