Hi,

I have been getting extreme slow speed (0.06 kbps) from jio connection and same has been reported to Jio multiple times. When I reported same this time, here is a quick brief about what happened:-

Email 1 – Reported slow speed connection

Jio Agent – Mentioned that there is no adequate coverage of network

Email 2 – I asked how come speed is okay at times if this is a network issue

Jio Agent – There is good coverage of network however this is a problem of number of users

Email 3 – I asked the reason about contradictory responses in two emails and clearly mentioned that I am not happy with the service

Jio Agent – Mentioned they are glad to see that I am happy with the services

This is true height of neglecting and ignoring the customer.
