Sir,

 

I have a broadband connection that I have purchased on september2019. I have not been informed for facilities provided nor send any bill. I have not used the connection since mid December2019 even then bill is due for January and February from which January bill has been paid after many follow up even without using it.

 

I have sent the mail on 12 february to nodal office Mumbai

to  discontinue the services but till date it has not disconnected.

I have got confirmation call that within 7 days same will be disconnected even than it is not disconnected.
