This is with reference to bill received for 17-FEB-2020 to 16-MAR-2020
Could airtel please explain the below charges if my International roaming is already active for 10 days (Rs3500/- pack without GST). Also note that usage was only of 5 to 6 days even if the package is supposed to be used for 10 days.
(Beyond Pack Usage : Rs. 2286/-) excluding Tax.
Please hesitate from incorrect billing by putting hefty bills.
I am doing corrections and paying Rs. 4943.02/- after deducting above amount and respective taxes.
Please stop the reminder of bill payments without further notice. People are already tied up due to work from home issues and no time to entertain FORGED BILLS
Even after repeated emails to customer care/nodal officer/appellate authority from past 7 days, no one is responding.
