I was using digipurse last i loaded 5000 in my wallet 12 jan 2018 but still i can not use i trying so many times recharge and online shopping also but all transaction failed and then so many times i compliant customer care center but no use and then i send 14 mails to digipursecare@unionbankofindia.co.in, digipursecare1@unionbankofindia.co.in still now no response what i do kindly help me my money stuck past 47 days
