I ordered boAt Aavante Bar 500 Portable Soundbar 10 W Bluetooth Home Audio Speaker
Black on 20 oct 2022. Order delivered on 25 Oct . But different product received that is boat wired earphone 242 Blue colour. First time My replacement denied by courier partner , secondly refund request also cancelled because courier partner denied to pickup the delivered earphone on 18 Nov and third time again courier partner denied to pickup the earphone on 20 Nov. Three times pickup denied because logistics didn’t have information regarding different product delivered. Flipkart concerned team called me on 20 Nov at 6:25 am and told me if this time pickup denied refund initiated directly. This is very poor customer service i never expected this from Flipkart a very big online site across the Globe. No one helped me in this regard. I feel hopeless and helpless. Flipkart didn’t resolve my issue in 20 days. This is not acceptable.
