Dear Sir,
Please note that i had order a set of dumbells of 7.5 kg each nut have received a pair of 5 kg each, I jad brought this to the notice of PAYTM ON 20/05/2021 and had requested for a replacement but no action has been taken yet, It shows on the app that replacement order is on hold, no one cares to pick up the call at PAYTM , They had written on the App that querry will be resolved in 48 hours.
it has been a really bad experience as a customer off late with paytm with fraudulant sellers taking advantage of your company.
