I had ordered a saree worth rs.1499 on Rudra Silk/ Rudra Apparel, the quality of saree is very bad and it is not at all similar to what is shown in their website. I’m sharing pictures of the saree in website and the one which they delivered to me. Please do not buy sarees from them. I msgd them on watsapp for replacement there’s no response from their side. Also I dropped an email to them but there’s no response. How can i get my money back. I want to file a complaint on their website. seems like fraud website.

I purchased saree from Rudra silks for Rs. 1499. I received one piece of dress material of third class quality & not as shown during order. the material what i received is not even 100 Rs. material. i contacted then via call, mail & WhatsApp but not received any reply. one of its number is switched off after delivery of material. It is like total scam. I want my money back & want to stop this fraud business. Please help me to take legal action against such fraud business.
