I had ordered paneer 65 hyderabadi biryani from Bikkagane Biryani from Kankarbagh Patna on swiggy. They sent me biryani with chicken pieces in it. I raised a concern and demanded refund. But niether the restaurant nor swiggy was interested in resolving the issue. I was charged for something that I could not eat even a bite from. I want my money back. This is the order no 173034706993. Please look into the matter.
