My name is Lokesh Gautam. I orderd a Puma shoes by Flipkart online shopping on 16 feb 2023, i received different colour and style on the date of 21 feb 2023. I filled a complain against this recived product on same date, but after some day return request is cancelled by Flipkart seller. I called to customer service and raised the return request again and again request canceld by Flipkart. After that I complained so many time by call to customer service but there is no proper response from Flipkart. I called so many times but lastly i received a mail that the return policy is over and refund is initiated. My order id is OD327340984719096100. Please resolve my issue.
