On 18/05/22, I was booking a train ticket on Paytm that “FAILED”, inspite of not getting my ticket the amount was deducted from my account. They say that they have processed my return successfully, but it’s been 5 days and the refund amount still doesn’t reflect in my bank account.
I’m pasting the message I received on the Paytm app since they didn’t let me screenshot it :
“Your refund has been successfully processed. Below are the details of the refund:
Refunded to Bank : Rs. 2007.04
Processed date : 18-May-2022
RRN : 74056632139213810657941
I called my home branch to check with the issue, they said they can’t help in any way in this matter and that I need to check in with Paytm only.
I checked my bank statement as well, it shows the amount getting deducted but doesn’t reflect it getting back to me.
