Sir/ Madam , I have booked a Oyo room on 03 Nov’22 to 07 Nov’22 for 03 Nights in Delhi at a Capital O 86700 Green Valley hotel with booking ID WAOQ3429 .When I visited the hotel to occupy the booked Room Property owner has denied to gave the room and told cancel my online booking and re book manually on hotel. He told he is not dealing with OYO and speak to customer support. I made lot of calls to OYO customer support from 1200 hrs to 1430 hrs. Finally customer support was told they were unable to relocate me in an other permises hence they will refund my money which i have not received till date (13-12-2022 ) . Now they blocked my cell numbers to contact OYO Customer Care .
