This is to bring to your kind notice that my ICICI Bank Account number : 004801580908 which was used for my IRCTC travel tickets was closed On 23rd May 2022. I booked 2 tickets using the same account number, but unfortunately, that same day my account was closed and I got the mail from the Bank.
On 26th May 2022, i got the mail from IRCTC as the failed tickets amount Rs. 5935.40 + Rs. 5935.40 Total 11870.80 has been refunded to your bank account. But due to my bank account closing, that amount has been kept on hold and not received yet.
