Text of Complaint by Latha:

I am a reseller. My customer wanted two sarees. I booked one saree on 9th of July’23 and one on 10th of July ’23 to an online reseller on WhatsApp group. I had to pay xtra100/- courier charges for each saree which means both sarees will come in different parcel.. I didn’t receive any sarees for 10 days. I complained to the seller, she said sarees were returned back to the shop owner courier office n he had reordered. After that only one saree came. The other did not. Every time I asked she would respond after a long time or after a day or two. If I call her she would decline the call. I have gone through enough. I got a bad name from my customer too.
