I had cancelled my Jio fiber connection in mid of May, 2023, and my Jio fiber machine and Set top box both were picked up. So after few days I only received the refund of Jio fiber machine and didn’t receive any refund for the set top box. I’ve been following up with the support team multiple times and they have raised multiple tickets for the same but they have closed all the tickets without any resolution.
