I had booked a flight ticket from Paytm app of Jet airways. The flight got cancelled. On contacting jet airways, they say the refund is processed back to the travel agents(Paytm). However, Paytm doesn’t refund the amount back and doesnt even confirm if they have claimed refund with jet airways.
It was a ticket of 2 persons. Bigyan Adhikari and Rojee Mahat
