Zomato promises ‘on time deliver coupon’ if the delivery partner doesn’t reach in 100m radius of customer in estimated time. Thr delivery partner reached in 100m distance within the estimated time and came under my building but he left the society without delivering my order. I asked the customer care why he left without delivering, but the support couldn’t provide any reason for that. She just said that it will be delivered within 15 or so minutes. But then after 20 or so minutes, the order was cancelled. When I said that I want the on time guarantee coupon, they said that they can’t provide it because thr order wasn’t delivered. When I said that the delivery partner came to my society, they said that he might have delivered it to someone else. But the order was cancelled after 20 minutes when the delivery guy left my society. I want compensation for my mental distress.
