1.5 month ago I have ordered a dress form you I have received it due to size issues I had applied for an exchange since then I haven’t received any dress i kept raising the ticket but you guys were so ignorant that you just said we will look after it but you didn’t so I asked to cancel my order and refund my amount you asked for UPI ID even though you don’t have refund policy..I sent you my UPI ID since then no reply..i am so disappointed in your service and had a bad experience.. please do refund my amount
