Text of Complaint by Trishita Nandi:

On 10th February I ordered One packet of ITC frozen popcorn and One packet of ITC frozen nuggets. Order ID ORD907111592. Everything looked fine. On 14th February I opened the nuggets packet and it smelled rotten. I checked the expiry date that was a near date but not over but still the product was stale. Out of curiosity I opened the popcorn packet as well and it was stale as well. I put a complaint and Submitted all the pictures and on 17th Feb I got the replacement of Nuggets after a long thread of argument over email. Now I wanted the refund for the Chicken popcorn and I was said the image was not appropriate enough to be verified. I kept on sending the images and kept on getting the same reply over and over again. Now I had to say that I will be proceeding with consumer court and out of that fear yesterday I was offered a replacement . Now yestderday was 22nd Feb and no normal human would keep a rotten smelly product on their apartment for over a week right? The delivery guy asked for the old packet and we said we threw it away of course because we are not psycopaths. The delivery guy misbehaved with my husband and demanded to give him back the package even after explaining him the entire situation , he didn’t even give us the helpline number.

Today I got a mail from your “Customer Care” that I have consumed the product and still asking for a replacement.
