I had booked a bus from zirakpur to Delhi, Got a call that the reporting time was 11:50 Am. I reached there at 11:35 am and after waiting at sharp 11:50 i contacted the same number to enquire when will they reach. But he asked that they left from there. I asked them to reschedule or give me refund but they said it was my mistake. There customer care was very rude and didn’t help in any way. This was a literal harassment as nobody cooperated and instead blamed me.
