Dear Team,
I have done a cancellation against booking no. 6689301835 (Flight booking) on 1st or 2nd January, 2019. Today is 2nd February, 2019. 1 month and 1 day have crossed, I am still waiting for my refund.
I have contacted to your executive for around 10-15 times, each and every time they state to wait for 48 hrs, 24 hrs and so on. And I didn’t get any type of respond. I raised two tickets for same and without giving proper resolution, the ticket was marked as solved.
I just want to get the refund within 24 hours at any cost.
I am irritated and frustrated by the act you are doing in refunding my amount.
At any cost I want my money back in my account within 24 hours. I am going to lodge an FIR against this case.
