Yesterday my brother ordered pizzas from swiggy at night however the order was not delivered.the delivery was really annoying and was ending the calls purposely and lying about the delivery.it was not delivered and yet he updated delivered on app.we were not able to contact any one from swiggy in customer care.the delivery guy also blocked us.ee tried so much to contact swiggy customer care to solve our problems.
And next day when we contacted and said our problems they just said on thing that we have contacted after 5 hours so they will not help us.How are we suppose to contact them if they wont let us.
This is really annoying i want my refund back from swiggy.
