Text of Complaint by Rupesh Nikam:

I have made order from jiomart worth 1111rs out of which 32 rs refunded back and 1087rs order placed. It was out for delivery for 2 days but no one made contact, after complain about it to customer care they said you will receive refund.
My Order id 15993107929091620A

It’s been 4 months, with continuously following up with the customer care I still didn’t get my refund.
In application still, order is not cancelled. Completely fed up with the jio mart, my 1111rs gone in vein
JioMart is useless
