I had placed 2 orders in prepaidgamers.com. There weren’t processing it so I thought they might be fake so I cancelled them. I asked them to refund the orders through their customer service in whatsapp and but the guy gave me the product of 1 order instead without even telling me, it was legit so I used it but the other one got cancelled. I again raised a request that my order ##252196 and he asked me for payment confirmation screenshot i sent it and he said it will be refunded today but I have received no refund. That’s it I tried contacting him again but it was switched off, all the other customer care numbers were not reachable or switched off.
