From the first day I have applied for the connection I fell into the hands of the robbers, first the sales guy{Rakesh – under Ranit Sinha-(ranit.sinha@ril.com )} who came from Jio and he took more than 3,000 in the name of giving me long wire because he was explaining that my location is little far from Jio fatbox or some box so I have to pay 3000 extra apart from the monthly plan , later on I got to know we don’t pay for wire it comes with connection from Jio.
But I paid him 3000 rupees because he was not some random local internet service provider he was being appointed by Jio so I trusted Jio,
2nd after getting the connection convincing me to cancel and reapply so that their name won’t be in the list of engineers or sales guy as in my new connections will have fresh details- so I did it too later I understood his intentions and reason why he asked me to do so – the next engineer who came to activate he explained
3rd and most important reason after repeated attempts to fix the line somehow the line was never working properly after every 2/3 days some interruption comes in the connection and to know my internet is not working or down it takes another 2/3 days (after long day outside we don’t want to check whether using mobile data or WiFi mostly only during weekends we get to know ) next from the beginning the engineers always requested if the internet doesn’t work please don’t report to Jio instead call us and it’s not 1 or 2 but all the engineers does the same thing don’t know why, so initially I use to call one of engineers number I had but never came to fix after waiting for him for another 2/3 days I had to report to Jio and it doesn’t end there the day the engineer use to come they don’t use to fix because of long wire they will enquired who installed this connection within themselves by calling here and there and then by asking me for CO number order number SR number and all things- they will find it through my messages and emails, next they will send me the otp for work completion or resolve the case then after taking the otp they use to say they will come next day and will get it done and mostly they did it but not all the time, and without the problem getting fixed Jio used to send message that my internet issue is already resolved but without photograph of fixed , after understanding that it’s not going to fix and Jio won’t do anything about it even after reporting 100 times I started requesting for cancellation from the beginning of December,22 and they kept saying every single time give us one more day we will appoint some senior engineer some field engineer some other engineer but never no one visited they just kept delaying things so somehow during those conversations over the call with some Jio executive I mentioned that I don’t have any problem waiting for another day but all this days that I was not being able to use the internet what will happen about it as I have paid in advance for the entire 6 months and explained from the first day only I have used the internet for 10-12 days properly rest of the time there was always some issues with it and after saying it she checked things from her side by putting me on hold and said you will be refunded the full amount what you paid as we can check and this is what she said I remember so without worrying I was letting Jio take its own time to find out solution and finally after almost 1 months or more when they can’t fix they said okay you can cancel and took my cancellation request finally and processed it though they cancelled it once in between and asked me to request for relocation request so that they can change the connection from the pole or box but it didn’t work so they had to accept my cancellation and after going through all that today I received a refund of 1032 but I have paid 2824 not what I have received , so I just don’t understand on what basis this amount is calculated and a good reason why do I accept anything less than the amount what I have paid , i have paid for 6 months so if I’m not being able to use it I want a full refund of it and moreover it wasn’t my decision to discontinue the service but Jio’s inability which ended up in disconnection so please do the needful and refund me the full amount and please if you could refund me that 3000 that I have paid to that sales will be very helpful because that’s also I paid for this connection if that amount can’t be reimbursed then please make sure someone opens the entire 500 meter fibre wire and deliver at my doorstep or else it doesn’t take much to bring it consumer court.
