Hi Sir/Ma’am,
I ordered 1 full Fish Fry from Swiggy Order No. 167009391395 on 05/13/2023 morning. The quantity is far much than even half fish fry. I contacted swiggy and they offered me refund of Rs. 73 in place of Rs. 300 item on Swiggy and said we are sorry. ” If they bear profits when the food is delivered then they should bear loss of food is delivered incorrect. Every penny counts of each and every men.
Atlast, I want you to please kindly look into the matter and get some law for it else it’s general public that suffers from incorrect deliveries.
