Text of Complaint by Deepa Nirmal:

I ordered a sari worth ₹1500 for my varalaxmi pooja a month ago…when I placed my order it was in stock…that’s why I placed my order…till now I didn’t receive my sari nor did they respond properly to my messages…kept on calling them but they don’t attend my calls. They respond in whatsapp next week despatch…every week I’m receiving the same message…I don’t need the sari now as the festival is over and I want my refund

  1. Hi Deepa,kindly drop mail (lakshmiboutique2021@gmail.com)with order id,contact number,payment detail,which saree(saree code), we shall check and solve this problem.Incase if the issue was solved already then close this complaint.

    This is Kavitha. I’m an advocate. I see many complaints in this section. I’m personally affected by their unethical behavior and their lack of response to customers. I’m going to file a case on this. So Kindly reply if this problem has not been sort. Let’s see the power of customers.
