An amount of rs 857 was paid by a customer on 8th march around 12 pm to my paytm account by scanning qr code.
As I have checked his transaction was successful and was displaying a green tick with my company name ‘patanjali ayurvedic swadeshi’
But I did not reccieved any SMS or notification.
- My paytm no. Is 9312760568 in name of rakesh Kumar sharma.
- When enquired from paytm they said that they have stopped my paytm account receiving facility from other wallets.
- Now firstly why I was not informed that my paytm account receiving facility is stopped.
- Also I want my 857 rs amount to be credited asap.
