Text of Complaint by Bhawana Sharma:

I have ordered from Domino’s on 5th may. I got my order after 1 and 1/2 hour but as per Domino’s policy if they are not able to deliver within 30 min then they will refund money. I called to dominos at least 20-25 times since 5th may. Everytime they are saying something but they are not giving any satisfactory reply. They are not providing my refund.  Everytime they come up with some story. Please help me with this. It’s not possible to call 2 or 3 times in a day to Domino’s for refund.

  1. I ordered pizza from dominos(push road old Rajendra Nagar) at 8.39 pm and I waited till 9 pm and then I call the store but line was busy and they didn’t inform me about the delay .
    I thought that the order is not going to delivered today so I cook food and ate it
    at 10.22pm dominos agent delivere my order but I told him that I don’t need it now but he told me that u have to talk to outlet and gave me the order.
    I talk with the outlet that I want my refund because it is a complete wastage of my money and had to suffer from mental distress too
    the outlet person told me that their outlet is not at fault for not informing me
    when I ask him about the refund then he told me that I will not gave u money as a refund instead he offer me a complimentary pizza which I don’t need
