I had raised for return of the Said product, no one came to collect the product and there was no response from the agent, agin raised a request 2nd time but same issue, raised request 3rd time but same again, message always comes” package not ready “!! No one has come yet and no info. We wasted our time waiting for person to come till 8 pm on three occasions, Amazon customer care only gives reassurance and excuses. Our precious time has wasted waiting for agent to come. Very irresponsible and callous beahviour.
