Hi Team,
This is regarding the refund of what was charged while requesting for a loan as security,processing and agreement fees.
We had cancelled the loan request and had been told that we will be getting a refund of what we had been charged within 15 days. Now it’s more than 15 days and we are getting replies from nowhere.
Also, We were interacting with “care@dhaniloanandservice.co.in” for getting loans and with “grievance@dhani.com” for complaints on refunds.
Please treat this as high priority and assist on the same.Attached is the previous mail trail for your reference.
