I, Mohammad Azhar Imam, am swiggy delivery partner bearing my ID number- 1467509, would like to complain regarding cash deduction from my earnings and would like to draw your kind attention to the following factors;

On May 23, 2021, swiggy has deducted an amount of Rs. 2226-/ from my earning balance and they are not reverting it back inspite of making several requests and complaints to them. They say that the amount has been deducted to adjust the floating cash which swiggy owes to me for collecting cash on delivery services. ​I must state the fact that I make regular payments towards the floating cash. In other words, I paid the outstanding amounts (cash floating) as and when it showed due. I am attaching the screen shorts of such payments as evidence with me. Also, I would like to inform you that before deduction of this amount my cash floating was zero (0) inspite of the fact that I have been depositing the floating cash amount whenever it showed such outstanding in my account. Instances of such depositions are;

(1) Amount- Rs. 100 on May 20, 2021 (UPI –  114060884573)

(2) Amount- Rs. 300-/ on May 20, 2021 (UPI- 114056548607)

(3) Amount – Rs. 1500-/ on May 22, 2021 (Paytm payment bank: UPI- 114295581780)

(4) Amount- Rs. 307-/ on May 24, 2021 (swiggy deducted from my earnings as floating cash adjustment)

Please note that all of the above mentioned amounts (Rs. 100, 300 & 1500) have been deposited to an account swiggy.1467509@icici.

I would request you to kindly provide me a proper resolution to get my amount Rs. 2226-/ back as soon as possible. Please let me know if you have any questions.
