I have Airtel prepaid connection, from the date of recharge on 6th April 21 I am facing slow internet speed issue & not even to open apps smoothly & view any videos or visual smoothly. Service provider giving 2G speed internet instead of 4G. Lodged complaints many times to customer care & every times they giving 10 or 15 days time to fix it up. Also mailed atleast 14-15 times to Appellate authority regarding the problem but the situation as it is same till now. No actions are taking in this regard. In their every mail they are giving assurance that their expert team are working on priority to fix it up. But it is near about 2 months no resolution is taken to my issue. This is totally a false assurance are giving to me & I’m fade up with their services. The service provider taking money to provide better services instead they are cheating with the customers by giving a false commitment.
