Hi, my fate… I have used dhani one freedom credit line of 500rs.
1.charged 199 as subscription fee. Ok that’s fine.
2.used 500 daily limit.
3.after few hours 500rs converted to 3 emi’s 215rs, 216rs, 214rs.
4.i got shocked after seeing the emi amount. Normally for 500 it should be 500/3=166.6. Because they say 0% emi.
5.the thing is they charged me 150rs as a stamp duty charges.
6.after seeing this I thought of clear all the emi’s and close the account. But am unable to close. I have to wait 2more months to close the amount. By that time every month I have to pay 199subscription+150stamp duty for 2more months. So for 500rs I am paying (199*3) +(150*3) =1047.. Jus think how much intrest they are charging.. But they say 0%inrest.They did not tell about the stamp duty in the app.
- I want to complain on dhani app and I want to forclose this with out any stamp/subscription fee.
About same case happened with me
One day one month ago (today 02oct 2021) came call from dhani app customer service and she said me to subscribe dhani credit limit of 5000 rs for one month in subscription fee of 199 that after you will avail to shopping from dhani credit card , shopping charge will divided into three installment a gap of 30 days , 1st installment – next day of shopping , 2nd installment -30 days from shopping , 3rd installment 60 days from shopping
I asked her that shall i be paid next month subscription free , she said no, no subscription fee will have to pay for paying installment but when i am going to paying 2nd installment 199rs of subscription fee for next month included , see to shocked , because I shall have to paying 199rs of subscription for paying installment, that’s cheated to me , no t&c written in dhani app about this ,
I want to complain about dhani app for cheating and tourcher after trapped , also threate me to paid subscription fee on calling

I completed all the process now app showing that i have credit of 50000 but I haven’t paid the first subscription fees yet
So are they going to charge me ?
Now after reading all your blog i dont want it
Will it affect on my cibil

What happened did you paid 1st subscription or not. Did it reflecting in cibil please reply. I also in same problem.
Do cancel your plan from setting and cancel plan
Please take action on Dhani freedom credit card – giving add 0% interest and taking lot more from customers than any other banks.
My credit limit is showing as Rs. 1Lack and subscription is 1000 and GST 18%.
they are also effecting the CBIL score.
Please take an action immediately.

I Have taken A loan of 250 rupees on dhani App on June 2021.. and I have repaid it as emi Shown..Initially I paid 125 rupees as a part of one time Subscription fee so that i can get the more offers during my purchase. I want to complain about dhani app for cheating and tourcher after trapped , also threate me to paid subscription fee on calling
