I was given a Dhani one freedom credit line of Rs 25000 for which they are charging monthly charges of Rs 499 every month. They deducted the dues from my bank through EMI on 5th but even after seven days they have not updated it in the daily credit line and total credit available due to which I am unable to use the credit line and has to pay the monthly charges. Wrote several emails to customer care grievances cell and Nodal officer but no response or action taken it in the daily credit line and total credit available due to which I am unable to use the credit line and has to pay the monthly charges.
