2 years back because of my friend I had installed Dhani and was using in but it has monthly subscription of 500₹ but I did not have money so I started using it as it had multiple offers . But one fine day I decided to close the card by making all the payment. But they added subscription fees of 500 which I was not ok to pay for pending 7₹ balance from my side and they blocked my transaction and blocked me in such a way that I have to pay the subscription fee plus 7₹ or else payment was not possible I requested the customer as I did not have my job I was financially down even for a single penny the amount was increased to 1500₹ where it was very difficult for me to pay as my due what I used was only 7₹.
Then I raised a complaint in dhani website which was no use till a year no one called me nothing after a year a person is calling me and asking me to do the payment of some 3k I was like for 7₹ I must pay so much which I would never do. And the torcher continues a month back a girl named Shilpa calls me to do payment and harassing me in kannadA but she does only what’s app call. Where I go told her I had put a complaint in cyber crime which I did . Today she sends me passport Pancard and my photo and tells me she has blocked my passport I was like my due is 7₹ and u have added extra 3780₹ which makes it 3787₹ and telling me u have blocked my passport and then my dad told he will speak to her so we called her and asked her to explain the statement for which she do not have answer and disconnects the call.
I do not why dhani is looting so much huge amount from citizen of India which is completely wrong for 7₹ they are charging me 3700 where I was ready to make 7₹ payment but they blocked it and tried to block me and now they are harassing me telling to do the payment
