On the night of 6 nov i tried to deposit into my gaming account of payment 2000 . I made the request deposit was not credited into my account then I contacted costumer support they told me to send the screenshot of payment and we will done it but after some time I reach them again to ask about my top-up they told me to provide bank statement but still after 5 days amount isn’t credited into my account and they say we had already send it to payment department for process , but I can’t understand that which payment department needs 5 days to clear the payment , they are the worst in betting subject
