Dear Sir/Madam,

Please Be Informed That I’m Writing This Email Regarding The Extra Charge While Vacating The Colive Barwon-204 PG In Bangalore.

Kindly Note That We Have Taken A Room For 13000rs/Month And Deposit 15000Rs ( Which Was Refundable As Conveyed During The Sales)

After One Month, We Faced Many Issues Like Service Not Being Provided Properly And Behavioral Issueshousekeeping Guy.

We Put A Notice Of 30 Days As They Said During The Sales And Checked Out Property On 31 July 2022 Due With Respect As They Said We Served 30 Days’ Notice.

The Refund Amount They Suppose To Provide 15000rs But They Showed The Following Deductions.

And They Are Mentioning As Zero Returnable!

Separation Charge ₹3,250 Not Informed During The Check-In Nor During The E-Agreement Signature, They Just Forced Us To Sign To Check-In
We Didn’t Have Time To Read The Agreement As Well, Agreement Should Be Agreed On Both Ways But Here It Happened In One Way
Repair And
Maintenance Charges ₹500 Asked For The Reason For These Repair And Maintenance Charges, They Provided Answers As We Did Give Back The Cupboard Key
Here I Would Like To Clarify There Is No Cupboard Key Was Handed Over To Us During The Check In
There Are A Lot Of Issues We Raised During The Initial Days On The Daily Requirement, That’s Why We Put A Notice
Now They Are Putting Blame On Us And Deducting Charges
Total Deductions ₹4,070

Deposit Retained Under DYD Offer ₹10,931 This Amount They Put In Their Colive Wallet, Which I Didn’t Ask For It And They Asked Me To Redeem After 30 Days Almost Which Is Too Long Period, I Have Made Redemption On 22 Aug 2022
Yet, I Have Not Received The Amount Till Now, Please Help On These 3 Issues With Colive
