Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a customer of RMS, India where in on the occasion of Rakhsya Bandhan, I had speed posted a parcel which included gift articles along with Rakhi to my Uncle on behalf of my mother. The speed post was done on 17th July, 2020 and till date the status is showing Item Bagged in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It hasn’t reached the destination after a month also.

Destination – Deoghar, Jharkhand
It is a mere one night travel and it concerns me where my parcel is right now. I tried to contact Cuttack RMS, Deoghar RMS, raised India Post complaint, posted in twitter, still there is no response at all.
This is a fraudulent case, carelessness, harassment by Postal Employees and creates a bigger suspicion on the central government and Postal services reliability.

With deep humiliation and sadness, I am raising this consumer complaint that I will get my dues cleared and get my compensation for all the harassment and ignorance shown to me as an Indian Citizen.
