Dear Sir,
I am regular and Flipkart plus customer. But this time I am very much disappointed with your service as I had ordered one product name Shrivani Women striped straight kurta (Pink) from my another account on my mother’s name Tejaswita Mayekar. I am sharing the screenshot of the product in which seller wrote pink in the description and Rani below the product nane. Also sharing 2 more colours alongwith which has same issue so this is false from sellers end. Secondly, the person coming to collect my pickup is denied my product thrice because he is saying it is red from their side and mine is pink rani. If you see there is no red colour shade for this product but when I check in his mobile it can be seen same as my product but still denying to take product with same reason of colour mismatch ( sorry to say but please check if he has colour blindness)so I had to raised several refund (i.e. 6 times) option but my actual reason to cancel is fit issue. Twice I spoke to your executive. I have recording with me. First time yesterday 13th July, 2023 the executive told me that by tomorrow i.e. 14th July my product will be picked up without any rejection but again on 13th they rescheduled the pickup and ask me to ask customer care to remove image check option. I am regular buyers and flipkart plus customer but this is really I am very much disappointed as my mom who is at home has to go for lots of trouble by telling the same issue to the pickup boy. This is ridiculous. Today your executive helped me out to launch a complaint against the person who is giving false information after verifying the colour which I had ordered.
Requesting to you to look at this matter and resolved soon else I will have to raise this case on the higher level.
