Text of Complaint by Jeff:

We booked a hotel via oyo app and paid the booking fees too… On arriving there they told us to give a identify card … So I told them I can send you my masked aadhar … Instead of sharing my original aadhar as guidelines by government we shouldn’t share the orginal aadhar instead we should share masked aadhar … They denied it and said we don’t accept all this and denied our check in the hotel
