Wait if for us to check in customers complained to the receptionist of The new century hotel in amsterdam due to bed bug and it is extremely dirty, canceling their bookings too.
Spoke to the receptionist and told us we have to contact Agoda.
We called booking .com where the place was booked. Told us the booking it is a 3 party agency.
We called agoda and explained everything to the agent . The agent took my report, called booking.com, tried to call the hotel and no response from them. The agent told us we can go ahead an book us another hotel and we will hear back from them in 36 hours with our refund.
2 weeks later agoda is saying they can’t help blaming booking.com. Booking.com is saying they can’t help and agoda has to get it done. So far nobody is give us our money back.
