Sir/mam,
I placed order on zomato on 16/10/2018 and my address was wrongly entered, i also chat with zomato and talked over call and their executive told me to refund my payment and to place new order.You can also check the call recording. I also tried on every platform of zomato for support but they didn’t give me any satisfying reply.
So still refund process is not completed.
