Text of Complaint by Jatin Nanda:

I had been having pretty bad experience with booking with Oyo rooms while traveling to Bangalore.I had booked multiple rooms with one being paid advance for the entire stay of 6days/nights.While reaching at the place the hotel The red velvet denied us checkin and started misbehaving with us.
