HAD BOOKED A Deluxe ROOM IN PUNE FOR 2 NIGHTS FROM 26.01.2023 FOR WHICH I MADE A PAYMENT AND ALSO RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM AGODA IN MY REGISTERED EMAIL ID BUT WHEN I REACHED OUR DESTINATION THEN HOTEL STAFF DENIED OUR BOOKING AND THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY ROOM SAYING THE RATE GIVEN WAS LOW AND ALSO MISBEHAVED WITH ME. THEN I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO COMPAIN AGODA BUT THERE IS NO ANY OPTION TO FILE A PROPER COMPLAIN AGAINST THIS FRAUD (Booking ID: 875004353 which provide by agoda through email and on their app). I am asking for a refund but have not heard from them at all
