Hello,
I had purchased Anouk Kurta Set from MYNTRA thru order id 1186110-1334157-4718203. However, the kurta set was very big and needed to be exchanged. Exchange was initiated and MYNTRA had informed that new size will be delivered and previous size will be collected during delivery. Upon delivery, the delivery guy raised an issue with a shade difference. Even MYNTRA states in their website that the actual product may have a different shade than the one which is shown in photos. MYNTRA customer care had taken up this issue with ticket no. IN21101812000129853275.
However, even after many days, MYNTRA has denied to exchange the product stating that they had supplied the original product and cannot take it back. All the original tags and barcode are available and the product is not washed or dry cleaned. MYNTRA has spoiled Diwali due to this.
Awaiting solution to this issue.
