I was denied entry into the hotel by the property manager saying the booking prices is less than floor price and asked me to contact OYO , when contacted OYO customer care I was told that OYO was not able to reach property manager so cannot comment on high price being demanded by the property manager later I was told that property manager is not accepting for the said price and promised to me move to a near by property & after an hr I was told that OYO cannot get me a property and said they would initiate the refund which I was not happy with and later they stopped responding my calls
