Text of Complaint by R. SAMPATH KUMAR:

I booked OYO room through OYO app and paid full amount online. During checkin at hotel, the hotel staff demanded additional amount which I refused to pay and contacted OYO customer care. The customer care agent said that I have to pay additional amount or can choose another OYO room subject to availability and payment for the new hotel that I choose. I did not agree as it was around 10.30 pm and they cancelled by booking and did not refund any amount.
