I booked from Oyo at hotel blue sea,sakinaka.my booking I’d is U9015238.but when I visited the hotel denied my check in and said i need to pay extra 700 rs. I tried to connect with customer support but they just kept me on hold and didn’t provide any solution.my 2 hrs wasted bcz of this.I need Oyo to compensate for the loss suffered
