Paytm is not closing my postpaid account, I have sent multiple requests for account closure but my postpaid account is still active.
I have also written multiple emails to their lending partners but my postpaid account has not been closed. It has been more than 2 months now and there is completely ignoring my request for closure. More than 2 months have passed and i don’t get no reply nor my account is closed. Kindly close my postpaid account immediately.
